It was leanthy but did not get the offer. They did not communicate regarding the rejection. Followed up for operations, interview went well but no offer..
There was another interview email sent, which went well again, and was very extensive but again no selection.
I gave for a non tech role.
First round was with a manager in program who gave honest overview of what things were like - main goal seemed to be to weed out folks that wouldn't actually enjoy this job; second was with three members in different locations who tested on various Amazon leadership principles and shared an honest view of what their jobs were like
