Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

I conducted the phone interview only and have been asked back for in person. I am a veteran and received a veteran interviewer which was very beneficial. It lasted the entire allotted time. Questions were based on their leadership principles, no curve ball questions. Very professional and direct. Overall great experience.

It was very organized. Took 3 weeks. I got the interview by emailing a manager directly after attending their online seminar. Applying online is a little longer as I saw non of my online application were really looked at.
