Amazon Operations I Manager interview questions

It has 2 rounds of interview First round is a technical round which is mostly resume based. They'll explain the job description and check your willingness to do the job. Second round is hr round which has scenario based questions and you're supposed to answer it using STAR method.

I did 4-5 steps of interview took 5-6 weeks. Latest step is panel interview with 4 people, one from another for a full day. Process is very long, you need to spend to much time but was professional until the final part. Finally they called me and said I was successfull but the other candidate has finished the interview process before me and offered. So they offered me to have a look into open jobs and tell them. From that point they all ghosted me anyime I reach out to TA team to remind their support offer.
