Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

Relatively easy process with HR remote recruiters. The site recruiter may be taken as biased and focused only on last months' experience (in my case a bit smaller team-size wise what his main focus went to) even tho experience from the time before a few months' exceeded requirements in this and few other areas

Took an assessment test...then was contacted by a recruiter more than 6 months later. After having an interview, did not hear again for months. I was applying for several open positions at nearby warehouses. I was then told that they were trying to promote me from within and I was sent a list of vacant positions in other states. I selected 2 from that list that I would consider and never heard back. Strange process and I understand being flexible but this was too much.
