Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

The Interview process in Amazon is quite different from other organization, were we are given the time to settle in and greeted by the interviewer. Required time is given to answer to the question being asked by the interviewer without interjecting us. They wait until we complete and then they will tell their thoughts and then if needed they deep dive with appropriate questions to get clarity. All matters is what we did earlier and what we learnt and how we will handle things in a customer point of view.
