I was contacted by a corporate recruiter whom felt my experience would be ideal for the Operations Manager position.
After spending several day's and countless hours, answering the requested interview questions, I received a telephone interview of around 7-10 minutes that was Robotic and Un Engaged in nature.

A complete waste of time do not consider this company. They send you all these emails with millions of things to review & spent all this time preparing just to be rejected after the phone screen interview. They must like waiting people time stay away

Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge where the best way forward or strategy to adopt was not clear cut? How did you decide best way forward?
Very thorough based on behavioral questions. Best if you are flexible with your location of work. Made it to final interview out of four-step process and it was about 2 1/2 hours long with three different interviewers.
