Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

Initial phone interview with Ops Mgr; written sample; interview event: math problem; 4 x 45 min interviews: various roles to include HR. Appeared to have age discrimination at least for this role.

The Online assessment had behavioral based questions. It was a 50 min test where 6 real time work scenarios were given and we were asked to rate the work based on our knowledge. After the 1st stage, second stage had many statements and we had to select which suited us
