Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

COLD & ROBOTIC The interview was conducted by an operations manager, he came across arrogant and robotic, reading behavioral questions off a script. During the interview, I asked questions and by the answers, he gave, it seems to me that Amazon is looking for people who fall into line very easily and don't think for themselves like good little zombies. People who view their employees as a commodity rather than humans beings to be abused and exploited. And Then I realized Amazon is NOT the company for me.
