Amazon Operations Supervisor interview questions

3 seperate managers will ask you 2 main questions each (totaling 6 questions) seperaely for 30 minuets each (1 hour 30 mins total) relating to the 12 Amazon leadership principles and how you have demonstrated that specific principle, using S.T.A.R format, within a practical example. S.T.A.R and Leadership Principles are the foundation of this company and are asked in every interview, regardless of position in the buisness. It was 1:30 hour total time for interview ,3 sections with three interviewers in a single day. Whole process was simple and easy process, most of all questions asked was behavioural questions and situational analysis.
