Interview
The interview process was a disaster. They cancelled 2 times. And for the next one they joined late. They made me uncomfortable during this period.
The first one was hr screening, next one was the line manager. I passed them all. The last one was director, they rejected without any feedback.
Quite time consuming, almost all behavioral questions. Very important to focus on outcomes / impact for the customer on all your answers. Also make clear what your role was in each situation

Tell me a time you had to make a decision without enough data
3 phone screens then an entire day at their headquarters. Maybe met 5 people there. Had to spend 3 days in seattle for a single interview...not sure why. Most of the interview questions were behavioral, a few case-oriented ones. And one lunch.
