Amazon Pathways Intern interview questions

The process is similar as other roles. I had a phone screen interview and then a final round, made up of 3 45-minute interviews. The questions were on the Leadership Principles, with some questions being organic, based on your answers. I was asked why I was interested in Amazon and the Pathways Program. I also had to demonstrate that my skills aligned with the role.

interview experience- it was was very much probing about my own CV-he dug deep into each of my experiences. took about 35 minutes. discussed the salary and signin bonus. also asked for questions if any.
