1st: CV screening
2nd: Online Numerical test (data analysis, not difficult)
3rd: Phone interview with HR
3rd: Digital Panel. Interview with HR manager and senior manager in Morning. Then, afternoon, another 2 interviews with another manager and manager from another department. In total 4 interviews within a day.
4th: Interviewing with country manager

-Round 2 consisted of two 30 min interview
-Round 3 consisted of two 4 5 min interview, which are the same day as round 2 if you make it past interviews 2 & 3.

They really want to hear about data--concrete numbers you've worked on. However, most of the questions do not make this a readily available answer. Practice finding ways to mention data in your answers.

Interview
After submitting an application via online portal. I had a 30 minutes phone interview. One week later I had two back to back interviews. Had I made it after those two interviews, I would have had another two back to back interviews in the same day. After which I might have been accepted to the job.
