- 1 Hour phone screen. 30 mins technical coding interview w/ 30 mins of deep domain questioning. On-site: 1. GM - hiring manager of group. Personality, leadership, organizational behaviour questions. 2. 5 senior / Principal engineers, technical grilling. 1 system design question - 1 hour. 2 coding interviews. 3. All interviewers focus on problem solving, ask for detailed examples from past job to highlight certain qualities they are looking for : Ownership, delivery, customer satisfaction, team player, orgn behaviour, conflict resolution and so on. 4. 1 hour recruiter interview over lunch, analyzing background, and similar personality and team fit questions.
