Amazon Program Manager II interview questions

The hiring process was virtual through Amazon Chime. It was two back to back interviews, 30 minutes each. Most of the questions were behavioral and heavily emphasized my previous work experience. It is very important to understand Amazon's leadership principles because they want to see if you'd be a great fit for the company.

It was intensive but very well ran process. Amazon does a great job getting to the details of what you bring to the table. Answers should be based off of the STAR method.
