The process was a little confusing. You have a recruiter to screen you over the phone, then you have a recruiter to set appointments and travel arrangements, then you have a recruiter to organize interviews... You end up having 3-4 point of contacts, and at one point, they were asking challenging questions to each other where I was copied.
The interview loop itself was a good experience. One thing I will say is that do not buy into the “innovative”, bring different experiences kind of message, stick to your script, and STAR answers model. I am sure I paid the price trying to show my entrepreneur side, and ability to think outside the box. I know for a fact that I had the role skills and never had issues with my personality and work ethic, so it could only have been my answers. Actually, the overwhelming message they sent about behavioral questions is a little annoying. At one point, it’s almost like asking someone to make up stories even if you don’t or can’t think of a specific scenario.
The interviewers were pretty nice, the building I was interviewed at was not impressive.
At the end, the fact they do not provide any feedback is also disappointing, specially, for a company that believes in learning from your mistakes and use it as a leadership principle.
