First, phone screen(s), then on-site interviews(5 interviews). The hiring team meets before hand and each take two leadership principles to ask questions on. They use a database that includes questions. After the hiring manager and bar raiser decide if you will get an offer, with both having to be in favor.

Must understand the Leadership Principles very well, and must be able to incorporate them into your answers. All questions are based on these principles and your experiences from current or previous jobs should be tied into one of the Leadership principles.
