I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Feb 2022
Interview
Long and stressful interview process. There are a lot of positive aspects about it such as being able to interview a current employee about company culture. However, the last step where you have to go through 5 interviews is quite brutal and feels like you should be able to have a chance to recover from any potential missteps. I find it difficult to have very specific details about experiences that happened several years ago.
