Amazon Program Manager interview questions

The interview process was long, normal interview process for Amazon, 1 interview with a TA, 1 with the Hiring manager and then 5 interviews focused on leadership principles During my first call with TA I gave my salary expectations, they told me it was L5 position and salary expectations was in the rage, at the end of the process they called me to let me know I got the position but they decided to change it to L4 and they made an offer of 40% less of my salary expectation.

Amazon contacted me and offered recruitment process for Program Manager role in EU. First and second round went really smooth and I was going to receive details to schedule the next round. Then they just stopped answering my e-mails or calls. Extremely disappointing. Please just inform the candidate if she/he is rejected. It's not difficult, but may save a lot of time and effort.
