Amazon Program Manager interview questions

The entire hiring process is composed in my case by around 8 face to face interviews. The feeling was not so natural since the beginning, where all the people involved were just typing, taking always the same notes during 8 interviews with the same STAR questions. It basically looks like a hiring process performed by a machine (not human).

The questions assess the candidate on the Leadership principles required for the job. They are situational in nature. There will be 7-8 rounds of interview with diverse leaders including a hiring bar raiser
