30 min with the recruiter: phone screening
60 min with the hiring manager: phone interview. The process was very time-boxed question/answer types. Not a collaborative conversation - wasn't impressed by the process or the overly aggressive hiring manager. He made it sound like a rapid fire round :)

All questions are behavioral questions based on Amazon Leadership principles.
Each anecdote / experience you bring to the table, will be followed by a series of questions, to understand thought process.
I've applied to the campus hiring, and they send me 2 role interview invitations. However, actually, you only get one shot of the interview instead of two. The system has the problem that sending me two interview schedules, which is really confusing and a waste of time.
