Question 1
Leadership principles + follow-up.
Keyword here is "preparation": which means dissect, embellish and memorize your entire professional life. This quirky interview process is more of a creative effort and you need to put in the TIME to walk through each question posted on numerous amazon interview guides online and mold your examples to match each. Imagine you are a comic book writer who is writing a 500-page origin story of yourself as the protagonist detailing 15 years of your life. Make it colorful, entertaining - and then cram that 500 page novella inside your head.
Resume or pedigree doesn't really matter on the loop day though the hiring manager takes that into account before shortlisting you.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxembourg) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very intense but at the same time very clear and well organised. You have an exhausting day but after that you get your answers pretty quickly. Recruiting Managers do not really react or give you their opinion on your answers but before your interviews you receive a plan how to prepare yourself in order to succeed.
