Amazon Program Manager interview questions

The interview coordination and process was ok, but it seems that the interview questions themselves were very repetitive. For final rounds, they don’t provide a focus except guidance to know the leadership principles. It felt like they asked a lot of the same behavioral questions and expect differed t answers every time and that they care more about how you interview.
