I flew out to Seattle for the interview. They stressed the importance of being on site for the interview. The first person to interview me didn't fly in due to 'weather' in their area. They lived 15 mins from me. I had four people interview me and two people hang out on a break and lunch. It was nice that the person who took me to lunch was on the team I was interviewing for. Other than stressing the importance of being in person and flying in, it wasn't that bad.
