I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2022
Interview
I had 2 interviews for 2 different roles in 2 different teams. the recruiter reached out by email after I had applied online. my first call was with the hiring manager. behavioural interview questions. the first interview was with the flex team, the interviewer was Indian and didn't turn her video on, but didn't mind me having mine on and said: "if that helps you"; I kept it on out of respect only. It was uncomfortable and she was very dry and didn't seem interested. the 2nd interview was with prime video hiring manager, she was nice and friendly but kept doing sounds when I was talking, as if she's handholding me or walking a baby through the interview - sounded weird (yes, ahah, ehmmm...)
