The Amazon interview process typically involves an online application, followed by a recruiter screen to discuss your resume and qualifications. Depending on the position, you may undergo online assessments, technical phone or video interviews, and potentially an on-site interview with multiple team members covering technical and behavioral aspects. A distinctive feature is the "bar raiser" interview, where an experienced evaluator ensures candidates meet Amazon's high standards. Reference checks are conducted post-interviews, and successful candidates receive job offers, with room for negotiation. It's essential to be familiar with Amazon's leadership principles, as they play a significant role in the evaluation process.
