It was a detail interview process with 3-4 phone interviews and a final interview which was 4 hour long. The final interview was with hiring managers, team members, stake holders and bar raiser.

They really focused on core 12 principles and all questions were related to those principles
In my limited experience, this interview could be a bit challenging, or not so much, mostly depending on who you end up talking to. My process was formulaic and challenging I would say.
