Amazon Project Manager interview questions

First they called on week in advance. I made a pre-interview for 20 minutes. She asked about my daily routine at work, my expectations. It was quite a nice chat. Afterwards they sent me a mail a week late that they continue with me. They said that they are gonna send me a document with questions, I have 2 hours to answer the questions and send it back. There were mail templates that I had to write reply and some case studies.

Had two phone interviews, but did not get the third 4-6 hours virtual interview. I feel my performance was pretty good, not sure why the 2nd interviewer did not recommend me.
