I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Taipeh)
Interview
I received an interview invitation from an Amazon recruiter, and the interview process is structured as follows: "Online Application" → "Assessments" → "Phone Screening" → "Interview Loop."
Initially, the recruiter did an excellent job of explaining the interview process and guiding the candidate through the preparation. However, during the "Phone Screening" phase, the experience was disappointing. The interviewer, who was junior to the candidate, seemed to be limited in their understanding and focused solely on their own area of knowledge, dismissing other situations and possibilities. This left me feeling confused.
One of Amazon's leadership principles is "Learn and Be Curious," but I did not sense this principle being applied during the interview compared to the other tier-1 high-tech companies.
My two cents.

Interview
No se presentaron a entrevistarme y cambiaron el día de la entrevista. En el siguiente intento, la persona se olvidó y me hicieron esperar una hora. Hice una prueba de código, que funcionó pero no hubo retroalimentación.
