Amazon Senior Manager interview questions

1. Screening. 2. Interview. 3. Prep session. 4. Group interview (on-site). The screening call was and first interview were good and professional. They have a clear method of interviewing and generally tell you what to expect and how to prepare. The only challenge was the prep session for the group (on-site) call. I would have appreciated if they would have described the competency evaluation that would take place during that call -- what to expect, what they were looking for there. I ended up going into the final interview using techniques that were most appropriate for the earlier interview and didn't have ready-made examples for the types of questions they actually asked.

3 rounds: first with recruiter, second with hiring manager, third with a panel of most probably 6 different persons for half day. the recruitment takes between 4 and 5 weeks
