There were pre defined questions for each LP and interview can be cracked by preparing well in advance and noting down examples related to each of the LPs. the process lasted over 7 Months with over 10 different steps, written tests, calls, face to face interviews, Visio interviews, etc. The interview process regrouped people from EU and US Leadership. It was the hardest interview process I went through. Talked to technical, business, and leadership interviewers. They reviewed my experience and mindset and see if matched well with all amazon leadership principles.
Submitted application. Asked a large number of yes no questions with little room for an explanation. Impossible to provide the full picture. Never heard back. Doubt my resume was even looked at. More than qualified for the position. Seemed to treat like a number.
