Amazon Senior Manager interview questions

They wanted a white paper on what I could bring to the business - their culture hates PowerPoint. They ultimately felt quite secure in the direction of their business without my insights and recommendations

Very sterile, awkward introductions / requests for interviews ( a template in .doc form to complete availability?!) and fragmented communication across hiring teams. Recruiter did not know what hiring manager was doing / what feedback had been given and vs. versa. After being asked to interview for another position after the one I had applied for was no longer relevant ( filled or my candidacy was lost in the confusion; I will never know bc Amazon "provides no feedback"), I chose to decline, as this was not the experience I expected from an established and professional company.
