Amazon Senior Product Manager interview questions

I already participated a long time ago and I can tell you, now it´s "better", more smoothly . Let me be honest, Amazon I think can/would be a great place to work but after this last interview I could realize or at least, some of persons its not ready to do the interview and they all follow some script and the "mandaments" of Amazon...they don't consider your experience, they expect you show to them you a pattern of reply, put aside the anxiety of work at Amazon and pay attention how they do the interview, look close the interviewer, listem well and if you are doing from some Senior or high position you will realize and you will think if this the Management you want to work together for a few or long period of you career.

The interview is highly structured, and you’re expected to fit your answers into a formula that feels very stifling and juvenile. They’re terrible about communication and response times are glacial.
