It was as advertised by the recruiter. Heavy on the STAR format. One interview with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and five with others (bar raiser, manager, stakeholders).

Situation where you strongly disagreed with a stakeholder on something you considered very important.
A significant project you took on that was beyond your responsibilities.

Interview
Initial call with HR/recruiter. 1 hour phone call with hiring manager. Full day of interviews (1 hour each, 5 different rounds). Decision process was quick after last round. Be sure to look up Leadership Principles beforehand - all questions will relate back to one of these.

Tell me about a time you disagreed with your manager. Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a coworker. Tell me about a time you had to convince someone of something, etc.
Long and tiring interview process, recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, followed by Loop interview with 5 individuals in a single day. Lots of emphasis on personal experiences and data. At the end of the complete process, no feedback on being unsuccessful.
