I had 4 interviews, all were behavioral questions that were very clearly based on Leadership Principles. One interview also included a product case question around how to launch a product internationally.
Very extensive and thorough. This is a serious time commitment involving studying, reshaping normal conversation to fit a predefined criteria, and varying degrees of conversational reciprocity.
The best part was speaking with the myriad of interviewers lined up. The worst part was my assigned recruiter, showing up late for every call (was late for all 4-5 calls I had with him) and found a different excuse that ultimately shifted the blame to me most of the time. Almost comical and became predictable.
