Interview
Amazon’s interview process is very structured and fairly easy to prep for. Questions are based on your past experience as well as some functional skills including technical depth. I enjoyed talking to all the interviews who were quite polite and patient
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied online recruiter reached out with preliminary questions and setup a 1:1 with the hiring manager and then a series of amazon interviews focused on their leadership principles...eventually I got the offer but they lowballed me so bad that it was embarrassing. I declined the offer since I had other offers. The arrogance from the recruiters and the hiring manager is unbelievable.
