Question 1
Give me an example where you went beyond your responsibilities. Why did you do it and how did it turn out?
Phone screen with recruiter, 45 mins phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview was very rigid. The hiring manager has a set number of questions, went through them one by one and left barely a few minutes for questions. It was unnatural. The challenge is fitting your response into the questions in a way that would seem relevant to the job and do so on the fly. It's tough.
