I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Jan 2021
Interview
I had 7 interviews, 2 times with the hiring manager, everything virtual.
I did not get an offer which im totally ok, but what im not ok at all is that they demand a lot of time for the process, ask for feedback , but they are not able to provide a single piece of feedback to you, I think candidates deserve at least a quick email after spending 7 hours in calls.

Question 1
If a VP ask you to determine if it is feasible to invest in X country, you have 10 minutes to provide an answer what you do?
Applied online. As first step, needed to perform an online test / job simulation. Next, phone screen with hiring manager. Next, written exercise. Finally the full interview round with 5 different Amazonians. Assessment is entirely focused on Amazon’s leadership principles, and questions are fairly standardized and well known at this point as described on many different websites.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you received negative feedback from your manager?
I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
Telephone screening followed by 5 face to face interviews at London head office. The face to face was rescheduled multiple times which was frustrating. The interviews were back to back and lots of tough and probing questions. Every answer was followed up by a deeper probing question so be prepared for that. The process is long so don't be surprised if it take several months from end to end.
