First contact was an internal recruiter who asked mostly general questions like what are you doing now, what are you looking for, what is your experience etc. I was asked to complete a questionnaire over email about my experience, salary requirements, when I could start. I had two rounds of technical phone screens with developers. After the second, I was asked to complete a programming exercise and send the results back. I was invited in for an all day interview loop. Most of them went well, a couple were 50/50. One was noticeably tough, the guy was a socially awkward fellow who was very difficult to relate to. He made it very difficult to keep flowing, he was almost hostile. I have heard that one strong veto will kill you even if the others loved you.
