Initial intro was a script I guess to weed some people out. This was followed up by a code challenge. There was no follow up to the code challenge. It was very dehumanized. Felt like they were looking for factory workers.

1 Phone interview. If passed, get 4 rounds of virtual onsite back to back all together with only 5 mins break in between, which consists of 1 Leadership Principle round and 3 Behavioural + Tech rounds
Interview scheduling took forever and the time between the initial online assessment and the final interview was almost 2 months. The process felt so random as the timelines differed significantly between person to person.
