I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2025
Interview
Terrible experience, everything is superficial. Interviewers are basically just reading from a script and expect you to read from a script as well using the STAR method. One of the interviewers were super mean as well. The loop interview is 4 hours of the same thing over and over again, they don't actually care about you, they just want you to hit their checkboxes for you to get the job.

Tell me a time you had a disagreement with a colleague and you were right.
The process was OA and then interview loop. The interview loop was a mix of behavioural and technical questions. Standard Amazon interview loop. You should look up and prepare Amazon Leadership Principles for all behavioural questions.
Great, just a quick phone screen no hard questions. I enjoyed my interview experience at Amazon because my interviewer seemed to like me. I got an offer and am excited to work there
