I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Joined after graduating as a new grad. Interview process was long but not too difficult. Was asked a medium leetcode graph question in the first round, then a system design technical round and last round was culture fit(LP questions)
I had online coding exams. First applied online by career website while in school. Coding exams were standard LeetCode style questions. Final round was with a developer, doing both tech and behavioral interview questions.
I received feedback that I performed strongly in the technical rounds (DSA, LLD, System Design). However, in the BR round, I was told that my Leadership Principles (LP) responses were not up to the mark.
Question very similar to what I saw on PracHub.com
Before the BR round, the recruiter mentioned that I had good feedback and encouraged me to do well in the final round, but I feel I didn’t perform well on the LP questions.
