Interview
The interview process was supposed to be a technical interview, then a technical + behavioral, then a behavioral, but they ended up doing it backwards. The technical parts weren't too bad, but the behavioral questions can be tricky to answer if you don't have an experience that fits the question.

The interview is fair but hard during hire freeze. I completed the two questions with two follow-ups and caught the leadership principals but I lost the game. I was confused but moved on.
Coding Round – 2 questions (DSA: arrays, strings, hashing, DP).
Work Simulation / Situational Judgement – Assess how you apply LPs.
Logical / Debugging Test (for some roles).
1 or 2 rounds, each 45–60 mins.
Focus on:
DSA coding problems (LeetCode-style).
System design basics (for experienced).
Behavioral questions (STAR method – Situation, Task, Action, Result).
