I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Atlanta, GA) in May 2021
Interview
I was referred for the SDE level 4 role. The process started with a call from the recruiter (15 mins). The recruiter was very patient and explained the entire process and asked basic questions about why I wanted to change my company and what are my interests. After the call, the recruiter sent me the link for the online assessment. I had 4 weeks time to attempt the test. The online assessment had 2 coding questions to be completed within 105 minutes and MCQs to gauge our personality to be completed later. I could not clear this round and I got the rejection email within 3 days of completing the test.
