Amazon Software Development Engineer interview questions

Unpredictable recruitment process. Throughout process, no recruiter contact with candidate. You will keep getting emails from bot and no way to contact in case of any query. Few of my friends got rejection email even though they are well deserved candidate and talented. On the other side, people who got selected have literally no knowledge of anything. I declined offer because I understand that such people might be hired in my team too. And I don't want to work with such people who don't know anything and still Amazon recruited them.
