The initial assessment featured two medium-difficulty coding challenges. This was followed by an intense three-hour back-to-back Superday, evaluating core competencies through behavioral inquiries, two medium Leetcode algorithm problems, and a low-level system design session focusing on object-oriented principles.

The process starts with an online assessment with technical questions and questions about their leadership principles. It takes around 2 hrs to complete the assessment. They didn’t provide an outcome or feedback.
