I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Was called for an on campus test, a month later, I received an email for a telephonic interview. The Interview was scheduled the same week. The interview lasted 45 min.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Two 45 minutes interviews. Started with basic questions about me - projects I worked on and whatnot. They always ask about some of amazon core values. "how are you customer focused?" "Tell me about a time you dug deep into a problem." There are 14. You can look them up online.
Two coding questions per interview. A short one and a long one.
My interview fell on a snow day so I don't know if this is standard but the interviews were over the phone on collabedit. When I was at work my manager conducted similar phone screen interviews. But full time interviews required an on site white board thing.
