Amazon Software Development Engineer interview questions

Amazon has way too many recruiters. I had to talk with 3 recruiters (1 external and 2 internal) before getting a phone interview. The job of the recruiters seems to be to pass you off to another recruiter. The final recruiter who scheduled the phone interview never responded to my emails about the phone interview before hand or what the decision was after the interview.
