took them 6 months to get back after initial assessment and meanwhile I couldn't monitor the progress of my own application and the HR was completely negligent and unresponsive. the interviews themself were mostly fine, but the behavioural was brutal.

the technical went how you'd expect an easy, medium and a hard Leetcode question each, but the behavioural was brutal and unexpected, they want you to justify by numbers and in as much detail as possible your entire resume, to the point of how much was the capacity of the DB, what were the attribute names and the bit-size assigned to them.
Applied in Nov, got email for phone screening in Apr. Phone screening was a LC-style question (no behavioural). Virtual onsite interview consisted of 2 back-to-back interviews, a 30min break, and 1 last interview. Interviews were a mix of behavioural + technical. Currently moving onto team matching stage.
