Coding assessment - they check your knowledge on algos and data structure. Time and space complexities.
You will receive 4 questions. First coding question is medium level difficulty. Second question, you have to describe the approach you followed to solve the problem in question 1.
Third question is difficult level. fourth is the explanation for question three.

TA is good. Interview process is decent. Coding questions difficulty level depends on interviewer. Design round is standard. Leadership round is always about how prepared you are and how much you are willing to take it.
