Amazon Software Development Manager III interview questions

In house recruiter who provided lots of resources to prepare for interview. Followed by technical deep dive interview using Amazon’s substandard video conferencing app. Forced to use video app whiteboard application that did not work well. Interviewer spent 15 minutes talking about themselves and their accomplishments. A complete waste of time.

Three phone screens (one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and one additional one with a potential peer) Then an "on-site" all-day interview - due to covid this was done over Chime.
